Bio
Joel H. Berg, DDS, MS, is professor emeritus of pediatric dentistry at the University of Washington School of Dentistry in Seattle. President of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry and a former president of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, he is coeditor of the textbook Early Childhood Oral Health. Berg is also an industry consultant, as well as a Decisions in Dentistry editorial advisory board member. He can be reached at execudent@msn.com.
