Rick Sullivan, III, DDS, FICOI, maintains a private practice in Brentwood, Tennessee. A fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, he is dedicated to continuing education, which keeps him on the cutting-edge of dentistry. Sullivan also teaches implant surgery and bone grafting with 3D Dentists. A fourth-generation dentist, he followed his father and grandfather into the field. Sullivan also practices with his son, a fifth-generation dentist.

Douglas A. Terry, DDS, is an adjunct professor in the Department of Restorative Sciences at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry and a professor emeritus in the Department of Restorative and Esthetic Dentistry at Vokkaligara Sangha Dental College and Hospital, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Bengaluru in India.
