WARDEN NOBLE, DDS, MS, MSEd, is a professor in the Department of Preventive and Restorative Dentistry at the University of Pacific Dugoni School of Dentistry. He has lectured widely and published numerous papers.

SAVANAH CARLSON, DAADOM, is the director of member services at American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM). She boasts a decade of dental experience with dental office manager expertise spanning marketing, work culture, and conflict resolution. With a Diplomate of the AADOM designation and previous AADOM Boston study club presidency, Carlson drives dental professionals’ success through education and motivation.

MICHELE P. CARR, RDH, MA, EdD, is faculty emeritus and former chair of the Division of Dental Hygiene at The Ohio State University, College of Dentistry in Columbus. She has been involved nationally and locally serving on numerous professional committees. Carr currently serves on the Ohio State Dental Board.
