Gayathri Shenoy, BDS, DMD, maintains a private practice limited to periodontology and implantology in Providence, Rhode Island. Her interests include promoting healthcare literacy and community oral healthcare.

Colleen Rolland, BS, RDH, is a practicing dental hygienist at Hope Clinic in Ypsilanti and Westland, Michigan, which provides integrated and free medical, dental, food, and behavioral healthcare to those in need.

Darlene Jones, RDH, MPA, is the interim director of the Dental Hygiene Program at the University of Michigan (U-M) in Ann Arbor, and president of Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene Honor Society, Nu-Chapter. With a passion for expanding dental hygiene services to underserved populations and mentoring students during their community-based research projects, she also supervises a public dental prevention program in Washtenaw County, working with U-M dental hygiene students.
