Jay Jayanetti, DDS, serves as the chief of maxillofacial prosthetics, clinical fellowship director, and clinical associate professor at the UCLA School of Dentistry. Since joining the dental school faculty in 2015, he has been dedicated to advancing the field of maxillofacial prosthetics. Jayanetti also maintains a private practice at the UCLA Center of Maxillofacial Prosthetics.
Denny Chao, DMD, is a health science clinical assistant professor in the Division of Advanced Prosthodontics at the UCLA School of Dentistry. His research focuses on digital dentistry technology, digital workflow in clinical dentistry, material properties of computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing materials, and innovations in maxillofacial prosthetics. Chao is currently involved in predoctoral and post-doctoral prosthodontics and maxillofacial prosthetics at UCLA.
Stella C. Stavrou, DDS, FACP, practices prosthodontics and maxillofacial prosthetics in private practice in Los Angeles. Chao-Chieh Yang, DDS, MSD, is a clinical assistant professor and graduate program director in the Department of Prosthodontics at IUSD. A Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontics, he maintains a dental implant and prosthodontics practice at the IUSD Implant Center, providing care to his patients while contributing to the advancement of the field.
Waldemar Polido, DDS, MS, PhD, is a professor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at IUSD. His main interests are complex implant surgeries and orthognathic surgery. A Fellow of the ITI, Polido is an avid advocate of digital technology applied to treatment planning and surgical accuracy, improving treatment outcomes.
Hawra AlQallaf, BDM, MSD, MBA, is a clinical assistant professor at Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis and a Fellow of the International Team for Implantology. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and president of the Indiana Society of Periodontists. Her research interests include related to oral biomarkers, digital dentistry, and dental implants.
Jason S. Woodside, DDS, is a general dentist in private practice in Warrenton, Virginia. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Woodside’s practice focuses on cosmetics, dental implants, and full-arch rehabilitations.

James H. Peyton, DDS, FAACD, maintains a private practice in Bakersfield, California. For 26 years, he served as a part-time clinical instructor at the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Dentistry. A lecturer at Esthetic Professionals Education Center in Tarzana, California, he has published several articles for a variety of publications. Peyton is a Fellow, an accredited member, and examiner for the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
