Kayla Reed-Fitzke, PhD, LMFT, is an assistant professor of couple and family therapy in the Department of Psychological and Quantitative Foundations at the University of Iowa in Iowa City. Her research focuses on identifying ways to promote well-being during emerging adulthood by exploring the intersection of risk and resilience.
Jessica Suedbeck, RDH, MSDH, is an assistant professor at the Gene W. Hirschfeld School of Dental Hygiene at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. Her research focuses on workplace safety and ergonomics. Suedbeck can be reached at

Lydia Anna Rosado, LDH, MSDH, MPH, CHES, works in private practice and is an adjunct professor in the dental hygiene programs at Indiana University South Bend and Ivy Tech Community College in South Bend, Indiana.
Eric P. Tranby, MA, PhD, is the manager of data and impact for the analytics and evaluation team at the DentaQuest Partnership for Oral Health Advancement, where he is responsible for overseeing and conducting descriptive and predictive analytics using data from dental and medical claims and electronic health records.
Carolyn Brown, DDS, MEd, is a dentist and consultant in the public health space currently serving as acting director of value based care at DentaQuest Partnership for Oral Health Advancement. She is in the process of completing a certificate in value-based care from Dartmouth.
Thomas E. Van Dyke, DDS, PhD, is vice president for clinical and translational research and a senior staff member at The Forsyth Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and a professor of oral medicine, infection and immunity at Harvard University Faculty of Medicine in Boston. Gary D. Hack, DDS, is an associate professor in the Department of Advanced Oral Sciences and Therapeutics and serves in the department’s Division of Prosthodontics at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry.
