He also founded R.L. Frazer & Associates to provide dental consulting services, leadership training, and performance coaching. Working with dental practices, study clubs, and for-profit and nonprofit organizations, R.L. Frazer & Associates’ services include workshops, lectures, and individually tailored strategic planning.
