Sheldon M. Newman, DDS, MS, FADM, recently retired as an associate professor at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, where he previously served as director of biomaterials and chaired the Department of Restorative Dentistry. A fellow of the Academy of Dental Materials, he belongs to a number of professional and materials research organizations.

Brian C. Trommeter, DDS, MSD, studied in the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine and now practices orthodontics in Denver.

Jeffrey M. Burstein, DDS, MD, is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and maintains a private practice with ClearChoice Implant Center in Portland.

Sameh K. El-Ebrashi, BDS, MS, FACP, is a diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and maintains a private practice with ClearChoice Implant Center in Portland.

Amit Punj, DMD, MCR, FACP, is an associate professor at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and chief of prosthodontics and director of the postgraduate program in prosthodontics at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York.
