Leila H. Liberman, RDH, MEd, EdD, is a senior staff dental hygienist at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System in Temple. She has completed research on systemically administered antibacterial agents, digital dentures, cannabichromene oil, faculty calibration/self-assessment, and faculty integration of digital technology. Trina L. Hutto, RDH, MS, is a doctoral candidate at Northcentral University in San Diego, where she is pursuing her EdD. Joan O'Connell-Spalla, MSEd, MT(ASCP), is an American Society of Clinical Pathologists-certified medical laboratory scientist. She is an assistant professor and program director in the Dr. Dominic A. and Helen M. Bitonte College of Health and Human Services for the Medical Laboratory Science Program at Youngstown State University. She is also pursuing a doctoral degree in educational leadership.
