Carolyn Patenaude, MSEd, BSRDH, CDA, has 32 years of clinical dental hygiene experience and is an adjunct instructor in the Department of Dental Hygiene at Tunxis Community College in Farmington, Connecticut. Providing both clinical and didactic instruction for first- and second-year dental hygiene students and dental assisting students, Patenaude is also a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association, American Dental Education Association, and Sigma Phi Alpha.
