Susan Lynn Tolle, BSDH, MS, is a professor at the Hirschfeld School of Dental Hygiene at ODU. She is the recipient of the ODU University Professor Award for Outstanding Teaching and the American Dental Hygienists’ Association Educator of the Year Award, as well as its Award for Excellence.
Jane N. Moore, DMD, MS, PhD, is an instructor in the Department of Prosthodontics at UTHSC College of Dentistry. She serves as codirector of the graduate prosthodontics temporomandibular disorders clinic.
