Kim Reddick has several years of experience in the world of design. She worked for 10 years as a set costumer and costume supervisor for television and movies. Kim had also launched a collection of unique leather handbags and wallets. Kim is detailed oriented and passionate about customer experience and building relationships. Kim is a valuable team member and works hard to ensure ideal and stress-free events. Kim loves spending time with her family and friends, and especially her son Revin.
Natalie Nickerson brings 10 years in business management from small businesses to corporate. For the past three years, she has shared her knowledge and thrives on improving and growing dental practices. Natalie is the business director for Nickerson Consulting and believes in providing an exceptional experience for all clients. She lives in Claremont, California with her boyfriend Justin and two dogs Bear and River.
Matthew J. Messina, DDS, is an assistant clinical professor in the Division of Restorative and Prosthetic Dentistry at OSU College of Dentistry. He is the interim director of dental oncology for OSU and has more than 35 years of private practice experience. While lecturing nationally on dental oncology for the dental team, Messina provides information and support for dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants in the care and treatment of their patients. He is also the director of the predoctoral practice management curriculum at OSU.
Alice Ko, DMD, is a general dentist and a doctoral student in the Department of Oral Health Sciences at the University of Washington (UW) School of Dentistry in Seattle. Her research interests are understanding behavioral motivations in health decision-making in vulnerable populations. She works in a private dental office once a week and plans to further her dental training through a pediatric specialty residency program.
