Chris S. Ivanoff, DDS, is a professor and interim director of research and global outreach at Lincoln Memorial University, College of Dental Medicine. In 2021, he received The President’s Lifetime Achievement Award from the president of the United States for his work with ring chromosome 14 syndrome in children.
John Antonelli, DDS, MS, is a professor in the Department of Prosthodontics and director of faculty development at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is a Fellow of the American Association of Hospital Dentists and a Diplomate of the American Board of Special Care Dentistry. Timothy L. Hottel, DDS, MS, DBA, FACD, is a clinical professor at the College of Dental Medicine, Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. Previously, he served in a variety of key positions — including dean and director of Statewide Oral Health Initiatives — at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. With more than 100 published articles, Hottel is also coauthor of the textbook Dentistry for the Restorative Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary.
