Sabita Rao, DMD, is an assistant professor of pediatric dentistry at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine, Arizona. A member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and College of Diplomates, she is board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

John A. Molinari, PhD, is a professor emeritus at the University of Detroit Mercy, where he served for 32 years in the School of Dentistry as a professor and chairman of the Department of Biomedical Sciences and director of infection control. He has also served as an infectious disease consultant for the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, American Dental Association, and regional hospitals. The author of more than 500 scientific articles, text chapters and abstracts in the areas of microbiology and immunology, Molinari lectures nationally and internationally on topics dealing with infectious diseases and infection prevention. Loana M. Tovar Suinaga, DDS, MS, FACP, is director of predoctoral prosthodontics and a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Advanced Oral Sciences and Therapeutics at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore.
