EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
After reading this course, the participant should be able to:

  1. Define the impact of diet on oral health.
  2. Discuss how to perform nutritional assessment and provide dietary counseling in the dental setting.
  3. Identify strategies to help patients understand how dietary changes may improve their oral health.
