After reading this course, the participant should be able to:

  2. Explain implant protocols, and how the particulars of the case presented here illustrate the various factors involved in treatment decision-making and timing.
  3. Describe clinical considerations that influence the choice of whether to use a screw- or cement-retained implant restoration.
