  1. Identify the prevalence of autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
  2. Discuss how to prepare for the safe and effective treatment of children with ASD.
  3. List the supportive accommodations that promote successful dental care for children with autism.
  4. Integrate adjunctive hygiene measures in self-care regimens.
