As the field of esthetic facial injectables continues to grow, dentists interested in expanding their practice will benefit from this systematic approach to evidence-based treatment.

After reading this course, the participant should be able to:

  1. Discuss dentists’ qualifications for performing facial injectable therapy, and the importance of staying abreast of the latest evidence-based approaches to cosmetic treatment.
  2. Explain clinical strategies for patient assessment, communication, treatment planning and therapy in this field.
  3. Describe the specialized knowledge and training required to provide this form of treatment.
