Thomas E. Van Dyke, DDS, PhD, is vice president for clinical and translational research and a senior staff member at The Forsyth Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and a professor of oral medicine, infection and immunity at Harvard University Faculty of Medicine in Boston.
