After reading this course, the participant should be able to:
- Explain the association between the absence of keratinized mucosa and increased risks of plaque accumulation, inflammation, and crestal bone loss around dental implants.
- Discuss the significance of soft tissue grafting in improving the phenotype, oral hygiene procedures, and esthetics associated with implant therapy.
