Planmeca USA Partners With the MOD Institute to Provide Evidence-Based Education

Planmeca USA, a leading manufacturer of dental imaging and CAD/CAM equipment, is proud to announce a partnership with the newly formed MOD (Modern Optimized Dentistry) Institute in Charleston, South Carolina.

Wally Renne, DMD, a global educator on digital dentistry and founder of the MOD Institute, began with the idea that learning should be neither intimidating nor too complex. His vision included what he calls “practical skills for the Monday after,” meaning attendees can immediately apply what they learned upon returning home. The MOD Institute offers hands-on courses using the latest imaging and CAD/CAM technology from Planmeca. Course titles include Implant Restorations in the Digital Age, Block to Beautiful, and The Power of Partial Coverage Restoration. More courses are being added regularly to keep the curriculum robust and at the cutting edge of dental advancements.

Classes are scheduled to begin in November.
