CDA Foundation Accepting Applications for Student Loan Repayment Grant
The California Dental Association Foundation is now accepting applications from recent dental school graduates and soon-to-be dental school graduates for its 2019 Student Loan Repayment Grant.
The California Dental Association Foundation is now accepting applications from recent dental school graduates and soon-to-be dental school graduates for its 2019 Student Loan Repayment Grant. Applications are being accepted through July 31.
The grant provides up to $35,000 per year for a maximum of $105,000 in exchange for the graduate’s three-year commitment to care for the underserved.
To be eligible for the grant, applicants must have either graduated from an American Dental Association-accredited dental school with a DDS or DMD degree no more than 3 years prior to the year they apply, or be positioned to graduate in the next three months at the time of application. Applicants must also be eligible to practice dentistry in California and have secured employment with an eligible worksite.
