I’m lost! How can I get back to the homepage of my user account?
Easy! Click on the blue MENU icon at the top right-hand corner of the website. You will then see a drop-down menu appear. Simply click on “Dashboard” OR you can click on the CE icon on the top left-hand corner of the website.

How do I find a course that I purchased?
Click on the blue MENU icon at the top right-hand corner of the website. You will then see a drop-down menu appear. Click on the second option, “Courses.” Here you will find all your courses categorized by their credit hours.

How do I take courses that I purchased?
Click on the blue MENU icon at the top right-hand corner of the website. You will then see a drop-down menu appear. Click on the second option, “Courses.” Here you will find all your courses categorized by their credit hours. When you open up any of those numbered tabs, you will see a listing of all the courses that you purchased. For example, if you are looking for a 2-unit course that you purchased, click on the 2-unit tab and any 2-unit courses that you purchased will be located there. When you are looking at the course that you purchased, you will see three options: Introduction, Course Book and Quiz. If you have already read the course book, then you may skip down to access your quiz. Happy testing!

How do I search for new courses?
Click on the blue MENU icon at the top right-hand corner of the website. You will then see a drop-down menu appear. Click on the third option, “Catalog.” Here you will find all of our current courses categorized by their credit hours. If you are looking for a specific course, type the name in the search bar located above.

How do I check my grade for a course that I completed?
Click on the blue MENU icon at the top right-hand corner of the website. You will then see a drop-down menu appear. Click on the seventh option, “Transcripts.” Click on the blue tab to the left side labeled “Transcript.” This will open up a new window revealing your scores and your course attempts.

How many attempts do I get to successfully pass a course?
You will have four attempts to successfully pass the course. If you exceed these four attempts, the course will need to be repurchased.

What is a passing grade?
You must score at least a 70% or higher to pass the course.

How can I submit my answer sheet by mail?
You can mail your answer sheet to:

How can I submit my course by fax?
You can fax your answer sheet to: (714) 825-1230

How do I apply a coupon code?
At checkout, you will see a box above your course titles. Simply type in your promotional code and select the “apply” button directly next to the box. This should then adjust the dollar amount in your cart.

When does my course expire?
You can view this at two different locations. When you open your course in your user account, the course expiration date will be highlighted in orange detailing the date of expiration and how many days you have left to take your course. You can also find the expiration date located underneath the answer sheet title in our monthly journals.

How often does Decisions in Dentistry add new courses to the CE Library?
Decisions in Dentistry issues four new CE courses in each monthly journal, which also appear in the online CE Library.

Charges will appear on your statement as Belmont Publications, Inc.

Is your website secure when using my credit card?
Yes! Our website is designed to not keep any of your credit card information stored on file. You must reenter your credit card information when purchasing a new course(s).

How can I find and print my Verification of Participation?
Click on the blue MENU icon at the top right-hand corner of the website. You will then see a drop-down menu appear. Click on the seventh option, “Transcripts.” Here you will see a listing of the courses you have successfully completed. Click on the course that you wish to print your Verification of Participation.

How long do you maintain my records for?
We maintain individual attendance records for a minimum of seven (7) years.

How do I change my user name?
