Ultradent Founder Receives Loma Linda University’s Distinguished Service Award

Dan Fischer, DDS, founder and CEO of Ultradent Products, has received the 2018 Distinguished Service Award from his dental school alma mater, Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California. After graduating, Fisher maintained a full-time practice before establishing Ultradent. According to the company, he has practiced part-time since 1990 while working on the research and development of many award-winning products used in the dental profession. Through Ultradent, Fischer supports numerous humanitarian causes, including The Crown Council’s Smiles for Life program, Sealants for Smiles, and his nonprofit, The Diversity Foundation.
